New Address Field in Zoho
📢 Zoho CRM New Update (especially IN‑DC users & Professional edition orgs)!
Zoho has introduced an all-new structured Address field and it’s a small change with big impact.
With the new Address field, Zoho is letting you capture everything in one structured, standardised format but still gives you full control to filter, search, and report on individual components. Here’s what’s on offer:
Components like country/region, street, city, state/province, postal code, and even lat/long — all parsed out individually
Preloaded global country and state lists (no more typo cleanup or dependency rules)
Automatic filtering: selecting a country limits the available states, keeping data clean and consistent
Address update preferences: you can set rules to reject or skip invalid country/state entries depending on your data policy
This new field help us to maintain cleaner data, Better filtering & reporting, and Less efforts.
Currently this new field in only available in Professional, Enterprise, and Ultimate editions, and in most modules (except a few like Tasks, Calls, Meetings).
Limitations: Currently, It’s not supported in Webforms, automation field updates, or Zia enrichment workflows but that support is “in progress.”
In a single module, we can only add 2 address fields.

If you look closely, it seems Zoho will be introducing a Radio Button field type soon.
